Our backup support professionals have comprehensive industry and product-specific knowledge, in order to assist with complex inquiries. This second line of support may also assist with training and specific data or product questions.
Client Call Back
Incoming requests are handled on a first-come-first-served
basis. If your question requires immediate attention, please
indicate this and we will prioritize your request accordingly.
Queries sent via email or left in voicemail will be acknowledged
or responded to, generally, within two hours. An estimated
response time will be given for all questions that cannot
be answered immediately.
Specialized support groups may also assist with training, and specific data or product questions.

Bulk Products Support
The Bulk Products support team proactively monitors and responds to your questions regarding our bulk data products, including IDSI, VADS, SIRS, ABSG, Muller Institutional, and MuniView.
Evening Production Coordinator
This function provides assistance on delivery information for the Bulk Products normally received in the evening timeframe.
International Bulk Products Support
The International Bulk Products support team supports and reports on the international bulk data products you receive, including International DataLine, EXSHARE, and FTS. The team possesses international data expertise to address your advanced international data and product delivery questions.
Desktop Support
The Desktop support team monitors and responds
to your questions regarding our client/server product RemotePlus
and our browser-based products - FTInteractiveData.com Desktop
and POOL.
DATAFEED Support
The DATAFEED support team monitors and responds to your questions regarding our DATAFEED product.
Funds Production Support
The Funds Production support team monitors and proactively reports on your Mutual Fund production jobs. In the event of an unusual production event, this team proactively notifies you and immediately gets to work on a solution.
Custom Data Support
The Custom Data support team monitors and proactively reports on customized applications. In the event of an unusual production event, this team proactively notifies you and immediately gets to work on a solution.
Data Consulting Group
The Data Consulting Group provides you with answers to complex data questions and can make recommendations as to which product you may subscribe to in order to best suit your data needs.
Advisory Information
The Client Service group offers an advisory service. The service broadcasts product and data advisories via fax and email to you. This service may be requested through your District Support team. |
