Council Directive 2003/48/EC, commonly known as the European Savings Directive was implemented on 1 July 2005. Its purpose is the effective taxation of savings interest paid from one of the prescribed territories to a residual entity (individual) who is resident for tax purposes in an alternative EU member state.


In response to growing demands for EUSD data, we have developed an EUSD data module as a tool for clients impacted by the Council Directive 2003/48/EC.
