Andrea H. Loew has been vice president and general counsel of Interactive Data Corporation and Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data since 1996, overseeing legal services for the company's global organization, currently consisting of four core businesses and 2,200 employees worldwide. In this senior management position, she provides business and legal guidance in all business areas, including acquisitions, alliances, dispositions, SEC compliance and reporting, corporate governance, licensing, antitrust, human resources and intellectual property.
Previously, Ms. Loew was an equity partner with Eckert Seamans
Cherin & Mellott in Boston, Massachusetts, serving as general
corporate counsel for a diverse client base. Prior to that,
she served as an associate at the Boston based firm of Choate,
Hall & Stewart.
Ms. Loew holds a J.D. from Boston University and a B.A. in
Communications from Northwestern University.
